When you use “Find My Photos”, you first unlock a specific event using a private access code or your client account. Only after you explicitly consent do we process your selfie.

Your selfie is processed in server memory to create a temporary numerical facial template. That template is compared only with faces detected in the photographs of the event you are authorised to access. Your selfie image is not stored. A record of your consent (time, consent version) is kept for accountability.

Facial templates of people appearing in event photographs are stored on our private servers, used only to help guests find their photos, never shared, sold or used to train AI models, and are deleted when the event's retention period ends or when an authorised deletion request is approved.

Face matching is probabilistic: it can miss photos or show photos of someone who looks similar. It is not identity verification. You can report an incorrect match from the results page.

Minors: a parent or guardian must provide consent for anyone under 18.
